It really doesn't matter to me. I was able to set up an alias for tin
configured to access lugnet in about 30 seconds. I only raised the
issue becasue I understand that there are are people who have difficulty
configuring their newsreaders to access different servers. Personally I
feel this is a symptom of their failure to adopt the One True OS, but
that's a religious issue:) If Todd began hosting rtl, whether he
allowed crossposting or not, I would probably move rtl to the same setup
as lugnet, just to logically separate my reading, but again, it really
makes no difference to me. This is strictly a 'helping others' issue:)

| (...) I have NS configured just fine to read both places with only one installation and one copy of the executables, I can move between them at will. I am against hosting RTL here unless cross posting problems can be solved and cross posting is (...) (26 years ago, 7-Jan-99, to lugnet.admin.general)
