Seconded. And what's so funny/sad about it is that Frank is basically
looking for calm and reason too! We're so on edge about this that even a
call for peace and reasoned discussion can set off debate.

Lugnet for Todd. I think a lot of us, in a well meant attempt to take
the load off Todd, have been trying to do that, informally. Frank may
well be right, it's not working well, because of the nuances of
interpretation.

That may be. Or maybe it's the informality. I have to trot out my old
suggestion of using small groups of people who are formally vested with
some standing and who consult with each other to make sure they're being
consistent and reasonable and fair before taking action.
