Argh, I've been misunderstood again. I only intended to ask the question, and
allowed that I might be wrong. Neither offence nor chastisement were intended,
and I apologise if that was the effect. Never once did I say you can't set a
price--the only question I raised concerned including the current high offer, and
it was only that, a question (as seen in my disclaimer later in the message).
Again, no offence intended to anyone (especially not to Tamy).
sigh.
