Oh-ho-ho-ho, yes. Absolutely. That's how people can link to their real
homepage (if they have one) or other things on the net that strike their
fancy.

That is, each time a new URL is encountered, it'll probably go onto a list of "unknown/unrecognized" URLs waiting to be described and/or categorized. For (...)
