My wife tells me the Lego sets we have are taking up too much room and they have to go.   8779 1 x 2 Brick Color?
 
Can anyone clarify the color of five 1 x 2 bricks in the 8779 Grand Tournament kit? The peeron inventory shows them as light blue (the same as the 2 x 2 x 3 bricks from 4400). Apparently few people want nice low slopes. I've been bid 2.50 and 2.75 for this lot which closes at 7:25 EST (not long.) Thanks Jon. :-) Actually, the whole model went together very quickly, the center portion of the gatehouse taking the most time. I was working in MLCad and with real bricks simultaneously, so the center gatehouse is also modeled in virtual bricks as (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jan-02, to lugnet.castle)

I have 625 bulk green Lego bricks up for auction on ebay. It ends on 11/24. Opening bid is $22.22 (I don't know if that is considered high - it doesn't seem to be by previous ebay auctions - anyway that's the price I'm willing to give them up for, (...) Hi Beat and Thomas, (...) other. Everyone has it's own way of building. We can solve problems together. Looks good those plates on the sides. If you have lack of bricks, it's a good solution. May 10 314-2: Large & small wheels plus turn-table inventory is correct except the wheel bricks can be red bottom or clear bottom, my MISB has clear, one open has clear, and two open ones have red bottoms 333-2: Delivery Truck correct except that (...) (17 years ago, 10-May-07, to lugnet.inv)

I have spent a couple hours looking for this on DejaNews and AltaVista, and I can't find it anywhere. A while back, we had a thread or two on rec.toys.lego, entitled "LEGO hits bottom." The idea was to propose imaginary sets which would "prove" LEGO (...) (25 years ago, 6-Jun-99, to lugnet.general)
