There were a few pieces I looked at where I thought may look cool for some underwater aquarium (a new feature for your town) and a few other pieces too that are quite strange but may be useful, but not knowing what these sets really look like (...)   Re: End of Year Thoughts

(...) I heartedly agree. Jack Stone and Creator lines were for younger generation. If I were them, I would have lumped both of them together, and only had one line, and subthemes for both of them....maybe that was there primary goals when they (...) (23 years ago, 29-Nov-01, to lugnet.general)

There seems to be a problem on Lugnet...

There are a few LEGO themes that have not been on Lugnet. I think that we should see a Alpha Team link, a LEGO Creator link, a Jack Stone link, a LEGO Studios link, and a LEGO Basic/Classic link. Also, there is a set of LEGO Creator that has some (...) (23 years ago, 19-Jul-01, to lugnet.general)

Re: new lego sets? are they crazy?

(...) Simple. You can't make money on a product that sits on store shelves and collects dust. Town wasn't selling well, so it was time to fix that. Once Jack Stone doesn't sell, they'll see the error they made and 'fix it' again. (23 years ago, 6-Aug-01, to lugnet.town)
