Re: LEGO trains...The Future of Model Railroading?

(...) I believe this story well illustrates the first of three attitude problems that LEGO trains face. IMHO, unless these attitudes change, LEGO trains will never be the future of model railroading. (Might want to get comfortable, this is a long (...) (25 years ago, 21-Nov-99, to lugnet.trains)

Re: When do we see HarryPotter in the US?

Re: HELP - Yellow brick castles

(...) I've got good news/bad news. The good news is that the Yellow Castle WAS available in the USA in 1981. 6075 was the USA set number, while 375 was the European set number. I am surprised no one has mentioned the fibblesnork minifig guide. This is an excellent way to determine what figs go with a set. John DiR has turned it inside out so you can root through figs and determine what sets they go with. I have to go to (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)

You can always go to (URL) click on "Lookup a set". That brings you to (URL) you can type in the set number. That usually brings up a description of the set that includes the year, parts count, name, and picture. Older sets sometimes include (...) (25 years ago, 14-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Wanted: McD happy meal sets 7 and 8

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, I appear to have missed out on getting sets 7 and 8 for a reasonable price. I have excess of 5 and 6 and would be interested in a trade for 7 and 8... Hello LUGNET users, I do appreciate your help locating hard to find sets in the past and I am coming to you once again. I have tried the S@H number, this posting group, and ebay to no avail.
