Either that or Crusaders/Lionhearts!

Well... we're kind of assuming that there are actually large castles in the
collection if we say that :) .And, if there AREN'T any baseplates, they could
be old-style castles... There are actually a bunch of ways of narrowing them
down though, but I think we'd need a lot more info to do so...
If there are baseplates, then yes, it's pretty easy to figure out what castle
it is... after all, only Black Knight's Castle, King's Mountain Fortress, Royal
Knight's castle, and the Fire Breathing Fortress came on large baseplates; and
each was different (except for Black Knight's Castle and King's Mountain
Fortress)...
Another clue is the color of the castle wall sections. If they're light grey,
it's probably an old castle set... black would indicate a fairly newer one...
and dark grey would indicate Fright Knights! The other castle clue would be the
number of "decorated" castle wall elements, and the color of any roofing that
might be included... of course, any slopes could be from things like the boats
and town themes as well... so that might be less likely to provide clues...
Anyway, as Eric said, the best solution is to head on over to
http://www.brickshelf.com and start browsing the 6000's for castle sets, and
see what looks like it matches...
Happy hunting!
