I am surprised no one has mentioned the fibblesnork minifig guide. This
is an excellent way to determine what figs go with a set. John DiR has
turned it inside out so you can root through figs and determine what
sets they go with.

I linked to Fibblesnork pages with the hope she'd check the minifigures
out, but I didn't know about John DiR's page.  Cool.  Thanks, Larry.

This is one of the most useful things about Fibblesnork - the minifig
scans.

Fibblesnork is no longer being updated, though, no?  Todd, do you
have interest in letting someone continue to maintain it if
you are no longer interested in doing so?  I think it still fills
a need.

I have to go to bed now... I can't find the definitive URL for either of
these. The links page, (http://www.lugnet.com/links/) while spiffier in
appearance, is now harder to use, IMHO. I think it would be better if
ALL sites were indexed by owner, and also categorized. Mine is just
listed bare, but can be categorised under several different categories.
But some sites are listed ONLY by category so I have to read the mind of
the categorizer....

Two indexes, one by category and one by owner, would be
valuable.  I usually remember who put a page.

I think John's reverse fig index is in here somewhere:
http://www114.pair.com/ig88/lego/index.htm

and I think the fibblesnork fig guide is in here somewhere:
http://www.fibblesnork.com/

That's how I get to it, out of habit.  But it's also available from
the main www.lugnet.com page in the reference links.

(...) I agree it still fills a big need, Pause only gives you the catalog scan of most sets, Fibblesnork gives you the minifigs, another view since he uses 99% Instruction scans, and everything lumped together by series and genre. Granted you can do (...) (25 years ago, 3-Dec-99, to lugnet.castle)
