Re: Challenge/Request for the CAD gurus

Bram has hit it squarely, as has Jake. Put the two voices together and you get three main ideas... Ldraw should be: 1. Simple to Download 2. Simple to install 3. Simple to understand (i.e. DOCUMENTATION) I would pull back from Jake's request to the (...) (23 years ago, 11-Nov-01, to lugnet.cad)

Space MOC page updated! New blacktron fighter and new VTOL transport

I actually updated a little while ago, but this is the official announcement. There are two new models: the Skyhop, which is a small VTOL vehicle based on the hoverthing from the movie A.I. The other is a Blacktron 1 style fighter I named Intruder. (...) (23 years ago, 10-Nov-01, to lugnet.space)

(...) Larry, I know you're kinda "slow" and all, so I'll just repeat myself: Why did you feel feel the need to back up Amy's original post to Eric's cross-posting? Why? Do you just wake up everyday and feel a compulsive urge to be a jerk? This is (...) (23 years ago, 9-Nov-01, to lugnet.off-topic.debate)

TLC declares Bankruptcy! (Kristiansen's unfurl golden parachute...)

Every time I take down my rabid Angriest Lego Collector in the World page I find new reasons to regret that decision. (...) I think it has to be finished now (at lest that was planned), but I have no informatiopn about how long the tower will stand there. It's to be found in the north of Hannover near the airport.   New world record for highest Lego tower planned

In Hannover (northern Germany) some Lego guys are trying to build the highest Lego tower with help of anyone who comes along: old record is 25.20 meters. These guys plan to build it 50 cm higher (more is not allowed, since Lego wants to do a lot of (...) (24 years ago, 8-Jun-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) "Dead end" has an air of finality that can't be declared with any confidence when speaking of evolution.
