Did TRU up the price on this to $29.99 everywhere? Wasn't this $19.99 last year? What happened to the "FREE" 500 pieces? (19 years ago, 18-Sep-05, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Adding the SF Coaches...

(...) Okay, so where does the Black stripe go -- on the bottom or in between the other colors? I did not place my S@H order until late this past week, so I am still waiting for delivery of my 10020's. Since I had Trains on my mind, I ordered almost (...)   LegoLand figures/cars/landscape question

Hi, I've seen pics of the Legoland landscapes on Brickshelf and some of the bricks used in the scenery looked worn out and old. For example some of the automobiles and houses looked discolored and water damaged from being out in the open for long (...) (23 years ago, 20-Feb-02, to lugnet.legoland)

Re: 4679 Fall Spring Cleaning Bonus

(...) Neat! Very helpful, thanks for doing that. I love the spring cleaning concept, but I'm probably not going to shell out 50% more than for last year's tub and have to eat all those new color pieces. In the Brickopedia I tried to find a balance between taxonomically correct labels and groupings/names that made sense from a (...) (19 years ago, 17-Sep-05, to lugnet.parts, FTX)

Re: Is "traditional" Technic being killed off?

My complaint is that the new style smooth beams and axle/rod/flex tube connectors have almost completely displaced "traditional" technic components. It's like the new "Technic" is a whole (...) (...) Your argument is just as baseless as mine. Putting together (packing) an old Technic set would only cost more because they used to use more bricks (using value as a comparison). And I never actually mentioned old sets in my post. (...) My (...) (23 years ago, 18-Feb-02, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.dear-lego)
