  Re: Ultimate Mini-fig scale X-Wing

  Old Train Wheels Question

Hey Y'all: I have been up to something not very imaginative here: namely converting the Hogwart's push thingy into a kind of Thatcher Perkins push thingy. The Thatcher Perkins is (has always been) a push train, right? One of the things I'd like to (...) (23 years ago, 14-Dec-01, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: End of Year Thoughts

(...) Definitely not nostalgia. I still have all my original LEGO sets (including boxes and all instructions) going back to the mid-1970's. I'm not looking at pics on the web, or just running old memories over and again in my head. I can sit and (...) (23 years ago, 4-Dec-01, to lugnet.general)

Re: Question: Does the market realy want junorization?

(...) Exactly. The worst part is that LEGO used to be the industry leader. Their name was virtually synonymous with *building* toys. (...) Which they wouldn't do if the sets actually contained some basic bricks that they could use to model something (...) (23 years ago, 6-Dec-01, to lugnet.general)

  Re: the end is near

(...) In the late 1970s, TLC began producing a new kind of mini-fig and designed new themes and sub-themes based on its size and shape. This spawned twenty years of new elements and concepts of Lego building. Those of us who grew up on these toys (...) (23 years ago, 5-Dec-01, to lugnet.town)
