  Re: Need Building Tips

(...) Hi Conrad! I'm smiling, because you're asking some fundamental questions, all of which will result in 12 different answers from 12 different people. Here's my take on it: (...) This is completely at your discretion; if you are a stickler for (...) (23 years ago, 11-Apr-02, to lugnet.build)

  Re: Need Building Tips

(...) A couple of thoughts that I would throw out for consideration is first making sure you have enough bricks of one size or another to complete the project. This might determine whether you go with the 1x or 2x (or end up having to mix the two). (...) (23 years ago, 11-Apr-02, to lugnet.build)

Re: I ask again... (Was Castle Wall Piece weight)

(...) ...errr...you mean lugnet.castle.org.cw. Actually, you don't "need" to have a midieval creation to "belong" to lugnet.castle or any derivative (variation) of it. Though, the "coolness factor" will be ever so increased with having on in hand. (...) (23 years ago, 24-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: Legend voting

(...) My initial thought was that the rereleased set would NOT have a sticker sheet, since Lego seems to have moved away from that sort of thing. After reading several posts relating to the sticker subject, I now agree that if 375 were rereleased, (...) (23 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)

(...) To a large extent, that depends on your existing collection. To me, 6039 isn't very attractive (who needs more wheels and horses?), although it's a nice little set design-wise. Someone with very little castle-appropriate Lego would probably (...) (23 years ago, 23-Apr-02, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: You get to choose!

Woo-hoo! FWIW, my thoughts on the choices: 1. Yellow Castle. This was my vote without hesitation. All bricks, no panels! This is true building. As the set that began the castle theme, this is a legend. I'm not worried about some changes as some have (...) (23 years ago, 12-Apr-02, to lugnet.lego.direct)
