Even if I had the pieces I still wouldn't make a closed surface model. It simply doesn't look good. This plane has been build on a scale of 1:24 but to get the round curves right in Lego I should build it much larger. The other problem is that I (...) (26 years ago, 7-Mar-99, to lugnet.general)

They still had two of the MOT with the blue car (4534) and about 6+ Passenger Cars (10015), 6-8 Freight Cars (10013) and at least 2 Red Cabooses (10014) left. All still at 50% (...) Thanks Bruce and Nelson. I just discovered that I had mis-remembered (and misspelled) the term; The device I was thinking of is a stereoscope, not a stereopticon.
