thanks for the vb routines. do i have your permission to package them into a utillity for the ldraw parts making community at large? i amy be writing it in delphi (converting your algorithim to delphi in the process). it will be called ldcg (ldraw (...) Hi: I finally broke down and installed RedHat Linux on a spare HD on my PIII system (goodbye Bill!). My only previous experiance with Unix was when I was forced to be the system administrator for an HP-UX system running seriously mission critical (...) Kevin, Matt, Tom: Thanks for your help with my Linux questions. It turns out that my modem is not supported under Linux because it is a PCI card. after looking ( until the eyes fell out ) at the hughes/registry site, I found a piece that is called a gyroball, an eight tooth ball with the four arm slot for lego axles. what does this 'ball' drive. sure looks like it could be a component of a (...)
