| Hi, If you have the SDK2 for the RIS then you have all you need to develop for the Scout. It uses the RCX 2.0 firmware, and all that is different is the following: 1 x built in light sensor (takes away one input). 1 x runnable program mode (select (...) | Well, I can rather agree on the uploading, but I don't find it quite as bad as you do. Not as good as NQC, but then NQC still has all the LEGO firmware limitations. | I have a USB Hub with an RS-232 port. When I connect the IR Transmitter to this port, the firmware downloads fine. If I have a program with a single RCX command block, it's fine too.
