Re: What themes are people complete in?

(...) Actually Manuel, I am not Classic window/door complete. In red, white, yellow, blue, black and gray, there are 113 different classic window/door varieties, I have 111 of them. There are 2 that I am missing, but I haven't really attempted to (...) (24 years ago, 5-Mar-01, to lugnet.general)

I bet that KKK is making this pitch to get the beaurocrats in Copenhagen to make some changes. You have to realize that there is not that much going on in Jutland (the part of Denmark that Billund is in), commerce wise, and LEGO is the major (...) (24 years ago, 6-Mar-01, to lugnet.general)

Thanks for the info Tore. I have your website in my website bookmarks. I really love the Swedish advertisements.   Re: Top 50 LEGO sets of all time

Since this list consists predominantly of sets from the last 20 years, I would add a few others that I think people would have loved, had they been old enought to enjoy them (from the 60's and 70's). Here's my own top 7 list of older sets: 1) (...) (24 years ago, 12-Mar-01, to lugnet.admin.database, lugnet.general)

Re: Clear macaroni - Dear Gary

Re: an idea for lego: A set design contest

If they would put the designers name on it, I think it might get folks to be more willing to submit some of their best designs. I think that sometimes recognition is as important an enticement as monetary rewards would be. Gary Istok (...) (24 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: Ageing Lego Bricks

Guido, I should have asked the question "are there gaps (spaces) between the bricks when you build with them. Are they twisted slightly (warped) when you look at one of the longer edges of a 2x4 brick?" If not then you do have only ABS, and some of (...) (24 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.general)

Hi Guido, The problem with 99.9% of all old bricks not fitting together well anymore is due to one simple answer. And that has absolutely nothing to do with storage or heat (unless you're talking about a fire or oven temperature). It is because the (...) (24 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.general)
