Hi F'Amos, I just now put a scope on the motor output ran an NQC motor test program. At OUT_FULL the motor output is about +7V DC. San Mateo ZB did NOT have them on sale, as others have reported in other states (starting yesterday). I called a few other states, and ordered some on sale at $99.99 (plus tax). I reexamined my rack-and-pinion design, and couldn't find another easy-to-implement way to mount the bricks, other than the studs-in-axle holes method.
