  Re: BrickCon Registration Open!

(...) We thought about making a tiered registration fee structure, but decided on the single, lower amount as the only fee for registration.   Re: PF Speed controller test

(...) Nice to see it works as expected with the 'old' PF battery box. It woul be interesting to see the remote at the same time as the actions it provokes in the electric elemnts. Seeing just the electric elements leaves you a bit in the dark. Jetro (15 years ago, 25-Apr-09, to lugnet.trains)

Re: ILTCO Layout at the National Train Show, Hartford, CT

(...) The idea actually came up when we first started talking about this show, so I don't think it's out of the question. Our thinking was that if there's a train in it, it's appropriate, especially if the focus is still on the trains. We actually (...) (15 years ago, 24-Apr-09, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

I suppose my giant minifig microphone looks a little dated, but I think it's more instantly recognizable than a simple minifig screwdriver which is more like Gene Rayburn's ultra-thin mic from The Match Game.
