My wife uses tapioca as a filling instead of starch. And she makes me roll out the pie dough. She uses the refrigerated flour, water, and chucky butter method for scratch pastry. (...) No. There isn't. I had two thoughts on this point. If we are running the large layout we don't use the section of track the gutter train crosses so it doesn't matter.
