  Re: license question

(...) I guess its all my fault :) The choice between GPL and MPL was a tough one. My main worry with using GPL was that I have a lot of "generic" code from other projects in NQC. Now if had I released under GPL, and other people made improvements to (...) (26 years ago, 10-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

(...) Agreed. And thanks for digging up the cyberlaw cite, those were the very cases I was referring to, although I was incorrect in referring to Compuserve as a common carrier, their defense was the library defense.   football sets prices

At Camberwell toyworld today, I was told that the price for the soccer field [in the pricelist valid August 1] would be about $70. I'm guessing this means that the price is about to go up [a little], but it will not be anywhere near what it was at (...) (26 years ago, 10-Aug-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Re: 2000.2 Catalogue now out :)

Hm, I doubt it is the same 2000.2 catalog that has been around in Germany for a month now. Ours also has this new cover with sets exploding from a circle or something. (...) Hi Ross, Welcome to lugnet.loc.au !! On a day to day basis, Big W is the best place for Lego, if there's one near you; sets are usually 10% less than elsewhere, and old stock can go on sale for 40-60% off. It sounds the same.....Looks like LA decided to copy the european catalogue, ditching stuff they didn't want [ZNAP, SCALA, SERVICE PACKS], put a disclaimer so they don't have to repeat the soccer set fiasco [where the catalogue showed them, the (...)   Trading Minifigs...
