Well, I was working on assumptions………………………….
I said: "I do 'believe' that there was an Ottawa group," cause the first
planning and inception stage was soooooo long ago. And I was under the
impression that u had already composed an organization. Sorry if I jumped to
conclusions. It's just that there are lots of posts in the Ottawa group, and
it seamed as though everyone knew each other. Therefore, I deduced that an
organization existed in its infancy.
I'll stick to my day job and leave the detective stuff to Holmes.

| Richard, You are correct, I did try to get something going last year but in the end it fell apart. Perhaps now the timing is better.
