John proportionality is important, but I don't think your buildings are too large.
Perhaps their layout is too small??? :-) Actually the best look is what I call the
"cluster look". It looks better if you have large structures in groupings. Say 3
skyscrapers together near one intersection. Or a government center with several
buildings near each other. To have one standalone skyscraper, for example, it might
as well be planted in a cornfield, since that is how it will look.
