(...) Oh, I guess "each" means each carton. So the Bullet trains are $180 for two? They come two to a carton also, and both sets say "each". At $90 for the Bullet trains and $140 for the cargo trains, it looks - great! Bert (21 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

(...) If you look at the bullet train pic, it gives the impression that it does not come with a complete circle of track, at least to me. LEGO has always been careful not to put things that aren't included into their pics. (I am talking about the (...) (21 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: 2003 Trains - great!

(...) That's why I think that they do come with a full circle/oval of track, because the boxes don't have a part count, which is typical for US boxes. So, I think that we will see full track with them- probably no points, but a oval again. I'm (...) (21 years ago, 5-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: 2003 Trains - great!

(...) Interesting... It looks like the two new train sets just come with a couple straight tracks each. I think this may be a good idea. It was good to hear of the new trains for 2003. Looking in the rest of the Marz catalogue there is no mention of track, points or speed regulator. Are they expecting shops to only stock these 4 sets and you have to go to S@H for the add-ons? It is (...) (21 years ago, 8-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: 2003 Trains - great!

I have the impression that the images that we are all discussing here are just very early mock-ups. The availability dates shown are half a year away. Or in other words, at this time, everything is just pure speculation. If the sets really come out (...) (21 years ago, 9-Jan-03, to lugnet.trains)
