(...) WOW! that's so close to the real thing. It maintains the whole look & proportions of the actual truck design & has nice detail. Very good 'tapering' on the 'nose' of the truck, too. Jeff (22 years ago, 29-Sep-02, to lugnet.town)

Re: Images from Legofest 10 th (march 2002)

(...) Monorails run pretty slowly which makes them able to take quite a load. I just built a fairly tall 6-wide monorail (at least as tall as the Metroliner monorail) which runs just fine. Frank (22 years ago, 27-Sep-02, to lugnet.town, lugnet.trains)

Re: Images from Legofest 10 th (march 2002)

(...) Absolutely fantastic images! My highlights, not being a 8w fan, would go to the road vehicles: the APE is awesome, and the trucks look "smooth" (not exactly the word, I hope you get the idea) The trains are nice too, heh! Somehow I'm familiar (...) (22 years ago, 26-Sep-02, to lugnet.town, lugnet.trains)

Sean: (...) Thanks! If you'd like to see some of my other cars (and haven't already), you can go "up" one level in brickshelf. ((URL) ... I have lots of things like taxi cabs, police, fire & rescue, buses, a FedEx van, etc. (...) The cars take me (...) (22 years ago, 26-Sep-02, to lugnet.town)

Interesting custom creations on eBay - NOT my auction

I'm only posting this link because these items are an inventive use of Lego, and others may be interested in them as I was. (...) Wassssup. (...) Great job Sean! I like the Town car the best, but the grafitti on the cargo van is a great detail. Can't wait to see other cars put out, speaking of which, about how long did it take you to build these? Just wondering. Keep up (...) (22 years ago, 25-Sep-02, to lugnet.town)

Re: 4 new MOCs: Ford Econoline, an SUV, Lincoln Towncar, Minivan

(...) Thanks! I almost didn't photograph the towncar since I thought it looked too "generic" as far as cars go. Glad you liked it. I was inspired by the big bold chrome grille on the new 2003 towncars I've been seeing around. (...) Glue sticks! I (...) (22 years ago, 25-Sep-02, to lugnet.town)

Re: 4 new MOCs: Ford Econoline, an SUV, Lincoln Towncar, Minivan

(...) Hi Sean, These two are my favorite. The town car really looks right and I like the van as well. I really like the inclusion of graffiti...it adds realism. How did you do it? A clear label and permanent marker? Have you thought about a front (...) (22 years ago, 25-Sep-02, to lugnet.town)

  Re: City blocks

(...) My main reason is that it makes for an easy way to connect buildings to their surroundings, but there is also the benefit of making it easier for the buildings to utilise their sidewalk. I was probably also inspired by one of the LTC's, which (...) (22 years ago, 25-Sep-02, to lugnet.town)

  Re: City blocks

4 new MOCs: Ford Econoline, an SUV, Lincoln Towncar, Minivan
