Brad may not know. That's fair enough. But someone knows. And this is an
issue that needs to be addressed. Think of the money being lost by not
undercutting the prices found on eBay and private websites. They could sell
these, but for some reason they won't. It would be nice to know the reason.

Every part of the company that isn't LEGO Direct needs help from LEGO Direct.

Brad may not know. In reading the transcript it almost seemed at times that
he was trying to say, "I'd like to help you, but my hands are tied." I
suspect his job carries a great deal of frustration with it.
