I did some asking around. I can't actually say what answers I got or who I
asked.
But I am not as concerned about these particular images (even if, as I
speculate, they are dealers catalog images) as I am about some other things that
have been leaked on LUGNET in the past.
Two reasons...
1) I'm guessing these are dealers catalogs... which while technically leaked are
at least sort of public, unlike something stolen out of an internal LEGO
computer via industrial espionage or something.
2) LUGNET is not the site where the leak happened. the info was revealed
elsewhere.... it is news to the Washington Post when things are announced in the
New York Times, no matter how they were discovered, if that makes any sense.
