  Re: Technic Parallel-Motor Assembly Question

This is an interesting subject. I have experimented with this myself to try to increase traction in larger models. There are a couple of key points; Try to ensure that you design the "combiner" to use a minimum number of gears and axles, otherwise (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic)

  bionicle questions

Having just bought my first bionicle, I have some questions: 1.what parts come in a mask polybag? 2.what colors do the head, "eyes" and masks come in? 3.do any bionicle related parts come in transparent colors? I have a transparent orange "eyes" (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic.bionicle)

(...) Six to eight! you really are raving mad! :-) (...) So are you saying then, that 2 motors with 2 battery boxes gives the most torque? Because I was led to beleive it didn't matter. Steve (24 years ago, 22-Jun-01, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Technic Parallel-Motor Assembly Question

(...) I understand totally! The problem you've got is reducing friction. The un-geared motors are worse, because your speed reduction train will inevitably have much more friction than the reduction box Lego put in the geared motors. I ended up also (...)   Technic Parallel-Motor Assembly Question

Hi everyone...I am working on a Technic project (MOC) and have run into a bit of a problem.   how to make skis for bionicles

Here is my idea you need: (per ski) a bionicle foot piece 2 #3 axles 1 #2 axle 2 half bushings 1 full width beam (6l or 7l works best, or you could use 2 half beams) and one of the new 1 bend angle beams used in e.g. the battle droid.
