Hi Studs, LEGOzzers, and victims of the Australian Peso, Just rang Lego Aust @ Lane Cove. Set 7190 (Mil. Falcon) is due for release at end of July (28th I think).   Re: ok, lets play this again, what sets should we see in November

(...) Actually, 2001 *will* be the Imperial year. Sorry, I don't have a bookmark to it, but I remember there was an interview with somebody from Lego. He said that it'd be the Imperial year, and when asked if we would get stormtroopers, he said (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jun-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  TLG and Minifig Scale

So Lego has stayed roughly with minifig scale so far... yes, but I think that that is incidental to their REAL mandate which is sticking to a scale in which you can stick minifigs in the model and play with it. I'll bet we DO see an ISD, comparable (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jun-00, to lugnet.starwars)

A $2.00 fee is less than Canada Customs charges for brokerage ($5.00) and far far less than some other companies (UPS, for example, will typically run you up a $30 to $40 brokerage (...) Don't fret, we will get Storm Troopers. How though, no one will know. The figure is in the StarWars system logo as is Boba Fett. And we got Boba Fett. And soon we will get the emperor too(which we have all seen). You can pretty much assume that we (...) (24 years ago, 7-Jun-00, to lugnet.starwars)

From what I understand the Shadows of the Empire line from Kenner actually sold fairly well... not as well as the rest of the SW line mind you, but still pretty well.
