Hi everybody - I've just uploaded a bunch of pictures to brickshelf: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=3174 The Odyssey is an exploration vehicle that can be configured as a spaceship, a rover, or a submarine, depending on what the mission is. It's got a fully detailed interior (I'm expecially happy with the way the interior turned out) with all the amenities for a crew of four. Lawrence Wilkes reminded us of his Land Carrier MOC about a week ago - I have to say that his excellent model was a big influence on mine. LMKWYT! Thanks - Paul

Wow. That is fantastic. My younger brother and I would have had a BLAST with a set like that when we were growing up. (...) of the design and the way you differentiate the rear detail makes it work very well. Most people would just stick on a rudder or some such. Your attention to detail and planning is excellent. Like the ship you entered in the Classic Space Contest, this shows great modularity- very nice! But where's the alternate upper floor? Or the smaller (or bigger!) vehicle that uses the same modules? Paul, wish i had enough bulk blox to build bigger stuff :-( despite the "I'm a big box" look and feel it looks like it SHOULD be a big box, like it was the best design for this craft. meanwhile, i won't repeat all the great things everyone else has (...)
