Thanks David. As can be seen in
the picture that
started it all, the visors fit right onto the edge of the tire, and 17 visors
form a perfect circle all around. During the course of buying parts on
bricklink, I found that newer tires are a little slicker than older ones, and
the visors didnt hold so well. So if’n you go shopping for parts to try this on
your own, I personally suggest getting the tires “Used.”
