Well, I was considering running the lame parts contest again, but I figured
it’s a bit late in the year now with the Christmas ‘rush’ coming up. But if
there are enough takers I’ve had a few ideas for a new and improved one, plus
I’m open to ideas from the forum. I’m thinking of making it more a
cross-theme contest rather than focus on specific parts this time.
How about it?

I would love to see a contest up and running again. The community could use some
encouragement to build and some healthy competition. I’d be up for competing.
Cross-theme has the advantage of bringing other builders into it as well.
Perhaps a space/castle cross theme competition with two first prizes (one from
each camp, to avoid in-fighting)

| (...) Well, castle have a competition running at the moment, so I don't really want to impinge too much on that. I was thinking of making it a bit broader. Still have the models with a sci-fi bent, but built with parts from, Duplo, Jack Stone, (...) (21 years ago, 20-Nov-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
