  New Moc: The Firebird

I've also gotten a new camera, which is really great but still a (...) (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc) !!

  Re: New Moc: The Firebird

DUDE! You have grown into THE premere teen builder. This is just a classy MOC. Studless, greebly and a super clean shape. Awesome intakes. Keep it space my man. Enjoy the next level. (URL) Admiral Giddens <>< (URL) space. (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: New Moc: The Firebird

(...) Wow, pretty darned cool there! Nice job onthe ship all around, but I really like the intake grilles and the general shape. And teh over exposure actually works for me..some of the pics look CGI, which I find pretty cool in this case! Great (...) (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New Moc: The Firebird

Dude......... I love this ship! I love how clean the ship is yet, it has a odd ugliness to it. the front end looks out of place with the massive engines! I like! the intakes on the engines themselves are cool in their own right. The two forward (...) (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: New Moc: The Firebird

(...) Dude, absolutely beautiful. So clean and greebled in all the right places. Like Jon, love the grille tiles inside the quarter panels. And the interior is really sweet - this ship almost looks like it was built from the inside out, if you know (...) (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: New Moc: The Firebird

(...) Wow, thanks Chris! I wasn't expecting it to get the big response it did... But yeah, I tried to keep the studlessness and shape there. This is kind of a progression from my infamous Patrol Boat. (...) I dunno 'bout the space part, (I'm (...) (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: New Moc: The Firebird

(...) Yeah, the CGI looks is kinda nice, and I've been experimenting with lighting. I think that (URL) this> is my best attempt. (Warning! Large file!) And, of course, it gets harder with larger MOCs. But I'd still preffer getting finer detail even (...) (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: New Moc: The Firebird

(...) Wow, thanks. The grills at first were almost an afterthought, I just needed something to plug the front gap of the quarter panels. But after time, I began liking it more and more. (...)   Re: New Moc: The Firebird

(...) I usually frown on "Me-two", but I have to agree with Nathan. This model is really well built. It looks simply Awesome. I was breathless as I first beheld it.   Re: New Moc: The Firebird

(...) You're doing a different approach than most with lighting. It lookslike you are basically using harsh lighting to define contour, which I wouldn't think would work, but it works very well.   Re: New Moc: The Firebird
