I'm pretty sure it would be the css that tells the body to have
margins of 0. This has caused me problems with NS 4.X in the
past - but it's perfectly legible.
To be honest, your browser is out of date (and actually has
several security holes - you should at *least* be running the
latest 4.7x) version.
4.61 is at least four years old.
