LOL!

cool, I can't wait to see it... I really enjoy the ships you have on your page.
They have that gritty "used" feeling and realistic mechanical shape.  I always
try to go for that myself.

As for the space ship, well you are out of my league.  That thing is enormous.
I am however nearly done with a minfig scale ship that is specifically • designed
to disable or destroy ships of this type.  I'd love to give its large
'ship-buster' cannon a spin on that fine ship!

Actually, its funny you mention this!  I had an idea for a contest of sorts.
I haven't sat down and thought out the details of how it could work, but I
guess this is a fine to bring it up and see if anyone would be interested at
all.

I originally thought of it as a mech contest, but it would work for ships just
as well.
People could agree on a set of features that each Mech is capable of (sort of
setting the base rules of the tech level so to speak) and then they could
challenge another mech to battle.  Each person submits pics and info on their
mech to a tournament style website (Inspired by Solaris 7, for any Battletech
fans out there) and then visitors to the site could actually vote for the
moves taken by the 2 mechs in their combat.  Then at the end, the moderators
would tally up the damage and see who won... there are many possible bugs with
this idea I know, but I think it could be a cool "different" sort of contest.
Or, the moderator could just run the combat role-playing style with the
designers as the "pilots".  Well, if anyone thinks this could go somewhere,
lemme know.

cheers!
