actually, I was working on a moonbase module with a monorail running under
it. I never got to finish it, since I have no way of getting it back to
college, and I couldn't've finished it beforehand. it was a station at
standard height, and then had a ramp at one end dropping down under the main
level to a boarding platform, and a single monorail track. three problems I
had, though...
1) the module was 32x48, although the corridors were aligned properly, it
would've had to sit on the edge of a moonbase
2) I was unsure if a suitable monorail would fit under the moonbase
3) the probability of me getting anyplace where it could actually be
incorporated into a moonbase is effectively zero.
I envisioned my module as being a connection to another moonbase (probably
not really there, but that was the idea.) so it had a ticket counter and
screens everywhere, just like a modern airport... maybe I'll rebuild it once
we have a monorail standard worked out for the moonbase system. (can anybody
else see TLG picking up on this? releasing moonbase modules of their own?)
