  Re: Space.

(...) At least it's chuckle-worthy... though to be honest I almost thought your comment was funnier. I'm going to have the phrase "awkward kneeless leap" bouncing around in my head for the rest of the day. (22 years ago, 21-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Gil, One of the few Star Wars MOCs that 100% truly looks like it belongs in Star Wars. I can just see some version of this trudging away in the background of ESB or ROTJ, and most definately as one of those annoying things to destroy in the games. (...)   Hypothetical Space Warfare

After reading some of the really cool discussions and points of view raised in responce to this post, I have been lead to an new conclusion: Meaningful discussion about the nature of space warfare is immeadiately bound by the technology used. This (...) (22 years ago, 21-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Here is a prototype docking port airlock passageway I created for the moonbase modules: (URL) main feature is its ability to function as a passageway between modules when the airlock is not needed. It is intended for semi-permanent connection (...) (22 years ago, 21-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) Hey Andrew! Just wanted to welcome you in from delurking! (Although between the Spraw adventure and planning the full Starship RPG, messages from you seem all too familiar to me to think of you as a lurker.) :-] Keep up the good work! -Hendo (22 years ago, 21-Jan-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.gaming)

Re: Some great Space info and dicussion

(...) Holy Moly! You sure know your physics! :) I would add though, that if the attacker in this scenario were concerned with "expenditure of resources" then they would be very unwise to ever consider killing a planet known to harbor life. Let's for (...) (22 years ago, 21-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

(...) I'm not sure what's happening here, but it looks like serious sh**, especially the last shot. Surely Chewie's not gonna be killed off AGAIN!? ;^) (...) Ooo. That's a lot o' style in a little ship, from the sculpted nose, to the splayed (...) (22 years ago, 21-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Hi Jordan, If I may respond to a few of your comments... (...) I believe this to be true in modern day fleets. I am sure fuel and energy usage are calculated into a mission. (...) If you take a look at the history of technology, it is filled with (...) (22 years ago, 21-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: AT-FT - All Terrain Field Transport

(...) Very nice. Very Star Warsian. It looks like it's ready to pounce, although I'm not sure I'd like to be a passenger when it does :^) I like the detailing of the cockpit very much, although the positioning of it is perhaps a little bit too (...) Some pretty cool stuff the detail on the ship is superb and the fighter is awesome. I like the use of primarily grey pieces gives it more of a serious look not so "kiddy".-Semaj (22 years ago, 21-Jan-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: AT-FT - All Terrain Field Transport

(...) Neat idea! I like the concept and look of this MOC (why does it remind me of a bulldog?:)) I do have some questions, tho. Wow, that looks really good. The positioning of the driver compartment is great. I like the weapons and the details on the platform. It fits into the Star Wars galaxy, but still looks very original.
