  Re: Programming in Assembly

Here's a more direct link for the H8 docs: (URL) down to the literature section and download the two PDFs. For assembly, I would recommend starting off with an installation of BrickOS and perusing the various source code files for the kernel. You'll (...)   Re: USB IR tower support in Lunix

Hi, I got the USB IR-tower to work under linux using the same patch Florian used. I also sent an updated patch that applies to 0.2.6.09 to the original author of the patch. However I have to caution that the said patch only works with UHCI hubs that (...) (22 years ago, 4-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

Re: My problems with adding a Best Fit algorithm for memory management to kernel/mm.c

  Re: train precision

I do think Steve is on the right track here. The train regulator varies the voltage, but the RCX output can't. So you are left with managing (nominally) 9v pulses. But there is another solution. You could add a DCC decoder to your train motor, and (...) (19 years ago, 29-Dec-05, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)
