(...) Well, there were a couple of typos, but only one I found that was critical. If you are using a "max-picking LIDAR" method, you do *not* want to divide by the number of samples. I am trying to interface a serial IR tower RoboLab 2.5.4 B. The serial tower is connected to com4 via a PCMCIA RS232 1 port card. I can select the com4 port in "select Com" within RoboLab. Has anyone tried this? It appears to be a bit buggy. I tried the VB version first and found that the C4F.LegoRcx.dll that wraps Ghost for .Net access could not be loaded because it had dependencies on msvcr80d.dll and msvcm80d.dll files. I am running a program that uses a serial tower but I cannot find a serial IR Driver. To get this program to work I have made a RS-232 com4 port out of my PCMCIA slot for the serial tower but in all the disks I have I cannot find a serial IR Tower (...) I've been working with José David Parra on the next version of his (URL) RCX.NET> project, because 1.) the NXT system is coming out, and 2.) RCX.NET is basically a .NET wrapper of Spirit.ocx, which means it's not so nice to program with. Another (...) I am revising the BricxCC GUI a bit and I would like to get some input from users. Do you care about docking toolbars to the left, right, or bottom of the BricxCC main window? Hi, lnpd is a very old program and has several problems, it does not support the protocol used by brickOS, lacks support for the USB tower and may lose packets as soon as they get too large (>8 bytes or so).
