In response to Mark Geddes informal poll.
I'm 43 and I don't own a pinball machine.
I didn't do legos as a child. My wife and I got the Mindstorms kit for
my 10 year old last Chrism-akkah (as my wife puts it), but dad seems to be more
interested. Having spent most of my career in industrial robots and machine
vision, mindstorms is just the kind of toy I can get into.
To Brad Justus and the gang at Lego, Having a Mac version of the Lego
tools would make a "huge" difference in my son getting involved with Mindstorms.
I would gladly volunteer to be an alpha-tester if such a product is in the
offing!!!

| I was just wondering how old most of the members in this forum are? I suspect most people active in Robotics as a hobby aren't children. I'm just about to turn 36, but I was dreaming about Lego Robots since I was 8. MG (...) (25 years ago, 22-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)
