What about using a differential to separate motor direction output.
Turning one direction could control one switch and turning the other could

Rather than that, how about triggering one switch automatically at the
end of travel of the other?  For instance, you won't dump your bucket on
the front end loader until it is a max height.  Have the motor control
the lift are with a sensor switch to tell it when its half way up so that
it'll stop before full rise (hopefully), then when you want to dump it,
trigger the switch again to full on and when the bucket reaches the top,
it triggers the other switch to dump it and reverses the switch when • dropped
back down.
