In my catalog you can order 779897 for $13.50. This includes 1x 11-3/8"
lead, 1x 21-3/4" lead, and 1x 51-1/2" lead. I'm not sure how long a lead
you are looking for, John, but all three of these seem like they might be
long enough.
The set you mention with only two wires must be 779898 (described as 9-volt
long connecting leads) is approximately 10' of wire (per the catalog
description). I'm not sure why you would need 2.5' of wire attached to each
2x2 connecting plate. You can always add longer wires, can't you? I
thought it was losing the electric connecting plate that concerned you.

| To follow up on my initial post; I have received information from LD today which indicates that Mindstorms and other sundry 9v bits and pieces are not in immediate jeopardy. (Wipes brow...) Quite what has happened to 5111 is still a mystery. In the (...) (22 years ago, 3-Sep-02, to lugnet.robotics)
