An alternate approach would be to set up a Wiki. Its basically a
collaborative web site. You can control who gets access, e.g., read-only,
upload, modify, etc. They are pretty easy to set up and run and they will
run under Windows. I set up a test Wiki just for fun at
http://www.scrope.com/legowiki to try one out for my personal site. I use
one at home to maintain my computer maintenance records and we use one at
work for all our design documentation. There is a huge number of different
Wikis out there. WAMALUG is currently trying to decide on which one we
want to set up to supplement our web site.
Also, you might consider adding a blog. WAMALUG has just set up a blog as a
test to see if we like it as a way of distributing information.

I have some limited experience with Wikis. They seem very neat. Being able to
control who has access seems very useful. I will try to do some research on
them and see if one fits the bill. I also didnt know how difficult they were
to setup, so its nice to hear that you found it easy.
I have looked into a blog and was already doing some testing on using
blogger to create a news page with multiple posters
allowed, plus syndication. Most other softwares appeared to cost money and I
was hesitant to spend money just to test something. Do you know of a free,
easy to setup, blog software?
Thanks for the reply and ideas,

I have no experience with bloggers but the one that Constantine set up for
WAMALUG is WordPress. I have heard good things about it but thats where my
knowledge ends :-( Sorry that I cant be of more help about blogs.
