  Re: September meeting?

(...) I had proposed several messages ago that the September meeting be held in Binghamton; hosted by the Drumm family. I spoke briefly on BrickLink chat to Eric Drumm and he seemed optimistic that he could find a nice place for us to meet. I also (...) (22 years ago, 29-Aug-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)

  September meeting?

Members of LUCNY (especially Wayne), Are we going to have a September meeting? I really would love to, and I kind of want to know soon, so I can take off of work for that day if Im scheduled to work. No huge rush, though, I just want to see that the (...) (22 years ago, 29-Aug-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)

  Meeting Result and News

Just a mins of meeting on Sat the 17th. Meeting was very casual. #1 Meetings in the sense of "Monthly Meetings" will be handled by email. If people wish to get together that is fine. Until we get a larger group we should be able to handle meetings (...) (22 years ago, 18-Aug-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)

Hi All. To make sure we are all on the same page here for Saturday the 17th... 12:30pm or so, Great Northern Mall, Middle of the Food Court. Correct? Also I am in the need of a few pieces for a project I am working on. Four (4) 1 x 4 x 5 (...) (22 years ago, 15-Aug-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)

Re: Time for Saturday?(Was:Re: Future meetings)

Sorry for the delay I got side tracked this week. Ok here's what I found out. Nothing special. My intent was to get in contact with the customer server person but was out to lucnh when I went to the booth. I'll just ask when we are there. Anyhow, (...)   Time for Saturday?(Was:Re: Future meetings)

Well Wayne, How'd it look? Did you find a semi-quiet place? What entrance should we go in? (at an Anchor or Food Court preferably, as they are well marked) In other news, what time are we looking at for this meeting? -John Rudy (...) <Snip> (22 years ago, 14-Aug-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)

Re: Future meetings (Was: Re: Any box collectors in LUCNY?)

We aren't sure yet, but it looks likely that we'll be able to come up to Syracuse on Saturday for some shopping and to stop by the LUCNY meeting. On a related note, is anybody interested in a ZNAP set with 9V motor for $10? I picked one up at a TRU (...) (22 years ago, 12-Aug-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)

Actually for that case Yes the mall would be better. I'm going to head over there and case the joint see if there are other good meeting areas in the mall. I will get back to you in a few hours. So lets plan for the Great Northern Mall. Wayne (...) (22 years ago, 12-Aug-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)

Re: Future meetings (Was: Re: Any box collectors in LUCNY?)

(...) Sounds like a good location to me ((URL) I'll have the rest of my family with me - so add two kids and a wife, and things may be getting crowded in your apartment.   Re: Future meetings (Was: Re: Any box collectors in LUCNY?)

Wayne et All, Saturday at your place sounds good. We'll be camping at Oneida Shores, so it's reasonably close.   Re: Future meetings (Was: Re: Any box collectors in LUCNY?)

Ok, How about we do it at my apartment. I can hold a few people and I can always make room. If we do decide to do it here, I will need to know before halfway through the week so I can clean up and get some stuff. As far as where I am. As I mentioned (...)   Re: Future meetings (Was: Re: Any box collectors in LUCNY?)

(...) I like the idea of the new OnTrack station in Syracuse. It is always quiet there and food is available. If a move across the street to Carousel Mall is given a thumbs up that will be easy enough to do with minimal time lost. As an alternative, (...) (22 years ago, 11-Aug-02, to lugnet.org.us.lucny)

Re: Future meetings (Was: Re: Any box collectors in LUCNY?)

(...) That sounds like a good idea. We're certainly new enough to try a bunch of locations and consider each one, and I think having one at your location would be a good idea.
