   Hello all

Beat Schuler and me are safely back home in Switzerland. Our models survived the trip more or less.

In the meantime I managed to upload my pictures of the event to brickshelf:

Nice pictures, Beat! Thanks for sharing them!

I would not miss it to thank you all for the great time we could spend in Torino. I’d like to thank for the excellent organization of the event, for the bus trip to the old tram depot, the delicious meal we had there and most of all for the warm welcome we encountered in Torino!

Thank you for the Smart, Luca G. and thanks for the applause I got for demonstrating my Lima 2400 dragline on ITLugs excellent construction site diorama.

I have to thank you for taking part to our LEGOfest. Thanks for the compliments about the organization too. It sounds really good when it comes from a Swiss person :-)

Finally I would like to thank my LEGO buddy Beat Schuler for the idea to take part in LEGOFEST. It was our first LEGO event but definitely not the last one...

It’s nice to hear it. I take part to LEGO events just since one year, when I’ve organised the first LEGOfest in Turin, last 3rd and 4th Sept 2005. It was for me a big surprise to find more people as I’ve guessed that was really kind and friendly. That nice experience made me continue to attend to other events (e.g. Crema, Ballabio and obviously Torino). Now I want attend to some other international events, in France (e.g Salon de la Maquette in Paris), Germany (Bricking Bavaria, Frechen or 1000steineland) and, if I can, Zwolle too.

Best regards from Turin!

Luca
