  Re: Train Show Registration Questions

(...) I would recommend that we use ALL our own stuff, even it means renting tables a rental shop and carting it there ourselves. Otherwise, it's just one more thing that can go wrong. I now have a table available as well; 8 feet (96 inches) by 30 (...) (23 years ago, 13-Jun-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

  Re: Train Show Registration Questions

We are confirmed for the August 5th TTOS show. Actually, we might be displaying on the 4th as well. I have a question in about that. We have display space of 16 by 24 feet!! Lots of room, and it doesn't need to be completely filled, nor does it have (...) (23 years ago, 13-Jun-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

Re: And the July Surprise is...

(...) I've gotta go away for the weekend more often! Now everyone can have red tudor walls, maiden hats, and "pub signs".   Re: Track layout for next show.

(...) I've been reading all the posts. It's going well. I'll review the layout for my electoral needs and get back to you guys... Also, it's fine that the larger cable car is to be used. I plan on making my old one abandoned on some old 4.5 track. (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jun-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

Re: Track layout for next show.

(...) The layout is beginning to come together! I had hoped to have some time to commit to this over the past few days, but it wasn't to be, and I'm gone for the weekend. I'll just shoot in a few comments here. (...) Yes, I noticed that too. We may (...) (23 years ago, 7-Jun-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

  Train Show Registration Questions

Hi guys, I'll be out of town until Monday, at which time I'll be sending in the registration forms for the Trains 2001 show (November), and confirming our involvement in the Toy Train Operating Society (TTOS) show (August). Unless I hear (...) (23 years ago, 7-Jun-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

  Re: Tip for Hogwarts Express...

(...) Thanks, Bryan. I've got both these pics already saved, along with many others. (...) Exactly the problem. Either the piston binds (or snaps off somehow), or the connection to the drive wheel doesn't quite work. I haven't seen or come up with a (...) (23 years ago, 6-Jun-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)

This is primarily directed to Robin, since he's building Hogwarts. I'm pointing out that "bar that connects the wheels" (the technic plate). (URL) pictures are from the WamaLTC layout not too long ago. Great layout BTW. Bryan P.S. Could someone (...) (23 years ago, 5-Jun-01, to lugnet.org.ca.vlc)
