Yes, You can skip this step. But then it won't work. This is the protocol.

Don't feel obligated. I can live, content with the knowledge that my C$ robot
went undefeated on Saturday (once I remembered to plug it in) (BTW, rotation
sensors count different on batteries than on AC, and they don't count at all
when they're cold)
After the event was over, Mario was able to play my robot to a draw, (manually
using his program, with no robot) when HE went first. But, even that doesn't
count as a loss.

If they automaticly charge it to your credit card, it can be a real pain to have
it taken off. But, if there's a really big line at the door, the manager will
give you the money back, as fast as they can, to get you out the door.

I can see a few soloutions: 1 on board UI. run prg slot 1 or 2 depending on who goes first. for OTHER os's then you can have an ON BOARD UI, press view, or prg. to start. 2. beam a "message" to each brick. 1 or 2. 3. put a touch sensor on each (...) (21 years ago, 2-Feb-04, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
