(...) Possibly. It would probably be better to drive something else off the main board (an opto-coupler or something) & run all the leds off that via a separate supply. (...) Why wouldn't you be able to pressurize your air system before the event? I see nothing wrong with that. I just had a thought about the rules for rtl10 and pneumatics. Are you allowed to pre-charge your pneumatics before the start of a match? There should be a main picture page on Calum Tsang's Peachy Server (w/ RTL Events photos) regarding Train 3. (I don't think it is quite ready yet.) It will link all the photos that everybody took. Thanks for the pics! Are there any more pics of the sculpted areas of the layout. Can you give a description of the infrastructure you use to achieve the different levels. (...) Can we bump this up to 50? I want more priority on speed! As Daves example shows, this scoring scheme seems to favour accuracy more than speed. Just to show off my ignorance, i wonder if it is as simple as opening up the "box" and parallel 1 or 2 ir LEDs, off the main LED.
