Hey folks,
This morning I woke up late and had to rush in to the office for a
conference call, but I forgot to charge the battery on my MD player. So I
was rummaging around for an AA, of which I found in a package of several
AA's from Walmart. I couldn't get the shrinkwrap off easily, and for some
reason didn't instinctively reach for my Gerber. I was fumbling for a
second, then looked up and saw a Lego swordfish-shark sitting on the
bookcase where the batteries were (I think it's a swordfish, but it's a
shark body) and grabbed it.
Anyways, if you're ever in a bind, the Lego swordfish makes an excellent
polywrap knife. I haven't figured out a use for the other sharks though.
They are so incredibly cute! I bought some Divers set which came with one
of each variant of shark once, and they've sat on that bookcase ever since.
Okay, and now for the OT question: Anyone have an old broken Sony CD
player? I need just the box for a project I'm working on. (The kind that
litter my cubicle with PowerBook parts, RCXes, dead hard disks etc)
Calum
