  Where are all the sales?

Where are all the post holiday sales? The local HiFi City (aka MegaCityHiFi) guy said sales were good before Christmas, so they don't have as much excess to clear out in the new year. That seems to be the consensus in the papers with other retail (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jan-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  rtl10 is SUPER FUN!

WHEE! So concepts 1, 2, 3, and four have ALL FAILED for me. Everything always ends up being too lightweight or too flimsy. Result? SCREW LIGHTWEIGHT FAST THINGS. I have now created the largest robot I've ever built. It's totally redundantly strong. (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jan-02, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Love that Costco

(...) I'm tending to side with Calum on this one. If you use Costco too sparingly then it isn't worth the $45 you pay for membership.   Train3, Is there still space for me?

I've been out of touch for a while, so I haven't been able to request my space on the layout for Train3. I hope its still possible to fit me in. I'm planning a 2 module long straight section.   Re: Love that Costco

I'll just jump in here with my 2 cents USD worth of wisdom... Costco is a good deal if used sparingly and with some intelligence.
